Last Wednesday, the Wiremind team had the pleasure of being warmly welcomed into the offices of BlaBlaCar for a day rich in collaboration and creative thinking.

The agenda for the day focused on a shared goal: shaping the ideal Revenue Management solution. Together with BlaBlaCar’s analyst team, we took part in a productive brainstorming session, combining hands-on experience with fresh perspectives to explore new ideas and align on best practices.

Beyond the technical discussions, the day offered space for in-depth conversations about yield management, where both teams were able to reflect on real-world use cases, exchange insights, and challenge existing approaches.
