Last week, Wiremind’s Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers spent a valuable afternoon at OUIGO’s offices for a hands-on experience aimed at better understanding the day-to-day work of a Revenue Management (RM) Analyst.

The purpose of this visit was simple yet powerful: to put ourselves in the shoes of the people who use our tools every day. The agenda included a shadowing session, where the Wiremind team observed how OUIGO analysts work with CAYZN, our Revenue Management solution. This was followed by a plenary meeting, where everyone came together to reflect on key takeaways and insights gathered during the session.

The initiative helped bridge the gap between product creators and end users, giving our teams a clearer perspective on how decisions are made, what challenges RM analysts face, and how we can continue improving the tools that support them.
