Edouard, a deep subject matter expert in the enterprise software industry, joins the team at a pivotal moment as we continue to scale our distribution, optimization, and inventory solutions across the passenger transport, air cargo, and sports and entertainment industries.

Deep Expertise in Tech Leadership

Edouard brings over 30-years of experience to the role, with a proven track record of scaling global technology companies. His career includes executive leadership roles at industry giants such as BMC Software, SAS, and Anaplan, where he served as Managing Director for the EMEA region.

Currently the Chairman of the Board for Bonitasoft, Edouard also holds several Board Director seats at high-growth firms including Blox Software, Flowlity, and Descartes & Mauss. His deep operational expertise in SaaS scalability and complex international negotiations will be instrumental in guiding our next phase of expansion.
