Nahuel Canavy, a Platform Engineer, explains that the combination of freedom and autonomy to work on his passions makes the difference in his experience:

“The freedom to work on things I’m passionate about, the autonomy to decide how I implement my projects, combined with the technical excellence of my team, and the overall positive energy of the people I work with.”

Of course as engineers, one of the top factors that contributes to a better working experience is being able to work with the latest tools and have their work structured by solid, yet agile, processes. As René explains:

“I enjoy working with a modern, well designed technical stack. The frameworks and methods we apply encourage clean, maintainable code and reduce unnecessary complexity.”

This approach is consistent across departments, as ML Researcher Camille points out, “I use efficient tools like Cursor that save me a lot of time, and meetings are always useful, focused, and never excessive.”

On the Platform team side, this balance between innovation and stability is also emphasized by Nahuel:

“We work with up-to-date technologies, always aiming to stay on the cutting edge of software practices while also relying on well-established tools that will never go out of style.”

Strong Collaboration & Team Spirit
