National Express Selects Wiremind’s CAYZN Suite to Drive Revenue Optimization Across Its UK Network

Wiremind is proud to announce that National Express, part of the Mobico Group, has selected CAYZN and CAYZN Tracking to strengthen its revenue management and competitive intelligence capabilities across the United Kingdom.

This marks Wiremind’s first partnership in the UK bus market and a key strategic milestone in its expansion across Europe’s ground transport sector. National Express becomes yet another major bus operator to adopt CAYZN, following successful implementations with leading European operators such as BlaBlaCar and Itabus.

Through this collaboration, National Express will deploy CAYZN, Wiremind’s advanced Revenue Management System, and CAYZN Tracking, its high-accuracy competition tracking solution. Together, these systems will enable the company to optimize pricing decisions, monitor market movements in real time, and enhance overall commercial performance.

The choice of Wiremind reflects National Express’s strategic goal to maximize revenue efficiency within a mature market, where growth is expected to come primarily from optimized pricing, revenue management, and operational agility rather than network expansion.

In addition to real-time pricing and forecasting, National Express will leverage CAYZN AI for transparent forecasting and optimization. The project also includes the implementation of CAYZN Tracking, Wiremind’s competitive intelligence module that scraps market data with a verified 97% success rate.

The partnership decision was driven by CAYZN’s technical capabilities, the responsiveness and expertise of Wiremind’s team, and confidence that the platform will deliver measurable revenue improvement. In 2024 alone, transport operators leveraging CAYZN saw a median growth of 20% in revenue and 21% in traffic.

Implementation with National Express is already in progress.
