Internships at Wiremind: Your Career Starts Here

We’re passionate about giving the next generation a real platform to grow. At Wiremind, internships are an essential part of that mission, a way for students and young professionals to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a real-world environment.

As Wiremind has grown, we’ve recognized the importance of bringing more structure and consistency to how we welcome and support interns. After years of welcoming talented interns into our teams, we’re proud to take this commitment a step further with the launch of our formalized internship program.

This new program builds on our many success stories, adding more structure to how we promote and manage our internship opportunities.

Over the years, many of our interns have gone on to become full-time members of our team. In the last 12 months, around 50% of eligible interns converted to a CDI role straight after their internship. Because of this, we take the recruitment process as seriously as we do for senior roles, with a thorough interview process to ensure every candidate is a great fit for their team and for Wiremind.

What Can You Expect from an Internship at Wiremind?

  • Formalized Onboarding: A structured introduction to the company, with dedicated points of contact both inside and outside your team.
  • Mentorship: You’ll be supervised by your manager, who will provide hands-on support throughout your internship.
  • Realistic Goals: We don’t expect interns to do the work of full-time team members. Our focus is on your learning, growth, and development.
  • Lasting Connections: We value long-term relationships with our interns. Many have stayed in touch,  and some have even returned to Wiremind after completing their studies to join as full-time team members.

Nurturing the Next Generation of Tech Talent

Our commitment to developing future talent also extends beyond Wiremind. We collaborate with top engineering schools like CentraleSupélec, Mines Nancy, and IMT Atlantique, and the programming school, 42, by hosting events, taking part in their talks and workshops, and staying closely connected with their teams to remain engaged with the next generation of top talent.

As we look ahead, we are strengthening our efforts to create opportunities for growth at every level of the company, and our internship program will remain one of the cornerstones of Wiremind's future development.
